Given the quality of Mexican food in Manhattan, if I find a Mexican restaurant I like elsewhere, I’ll visit it over and over. That’s the case with Blue Parrot, which is tucked away behind Main Street in East Hampton. The menu features Mexican staples like ceviche, guacamole, mussels and empanadas and interesting large plates like tortilla pie and Cornish hen borracha. The best feature is the margaritas, which are served in Mason jars.
