We were browsing in Marylebone, starving and craving fish and chips, when FishWorks called out to us like a beacon. It was exactly what we were seeking – delicious, fresh seafood, a glass of crisp wine and comfortable seats upon which to rest our weary bodies.
FishWorks sources its fish locally from suppliers who practice sustainability. There is a wet fish bar and fishmonger in the front. Here, customers can select a fish and have it prepared to their liking inside the attached restaurant or take it to cook at home.
We enjoyed hand beer-battered fish and chip, but the menu and daily specials offer an array of local fish prepared in mostly traditional ways.
