This is my favorite Hamptons breakfast spot. The food is delicious, with a focus on local, organic and seasonal, and you can sit outside for optimal people-watching. I always order the Jo Mama, a bounty of sweet and savory components (whole wheat pancake, French toast, one egg, fruit, oatmeal, oven roasted new potatoes). For healthful eaters (more so than me, that is), there is a full juice bar.
