Le Fin Gourmand, a Luxembourg brasserie, recently re-opened its doors after a summer hiatus and we were thrilled to finally try it. We’d heard from many people that it was worth visiting, so we met our new friends and neighbors, Cara and Joe, there for dinner. We were not disappointed! The menu features seafood and meat prepared in traditional French tradition, but in a fusion-y way, with interesting flavors and fresh produce. Don’t miss the trilogie de thon (tartare, seared and breaded in tataki).
